Whistled..!!

Laser whistling ducks
Since 2 days sinus was like killing me from inside out. The pain had encroached its area till my left ear, thanks to Sinarest and Procillin. It was a bit relief. Couldn't sleep whole of yesterday night. And finally, as it always happens, I got up and called up my buddy. It was 5am.
Its an unwritten rule between us, whenever any one of us calls at the odd morning time, its time a of Birdwatching. Packed my bag with my Olympus binos, shades, camouflage cap and jeans, kurta and my bike. All setup, rode towards his home. At 5.30, we were on highway towards our birdwatching destination. That Sacred Lake.
The Sun was almost out, as its summer, and we had no fascination to see sunrise as it loses its a bit charm in summer or may be we were not interested.

Reached at lake at 5.50. And she welcomed us with a brilliant flamboyant yellowish red colors of Flamingos. Awesome. I would advise to all best buddies and well wishers to take a glance of this bird at least once in a life. Its a lifetime experience to see a flock of 300 flamingos in front on the eyes.
Takes loads and tonns of patience, of course, else they get scattered and the result is spoiled view. When we are out on birdwatching we hardly talk. Its just our binoculars speaks.

The real real fun was with Laser whistling ducks. And actually it takes a bit more nerve wrecking efforts to listen them whistling. Its not that they whistle in low volume, its the right time they chose to whistle. But yes.. its an unmatched musical experience one can ever have. We had.

White Ibis
Yes.. This is white ibis. Watching her is also much fun as she digs down the earth for her food with her digger shaped beak. All the morning it was fun and enriching the knowledge with Black winged stilts, crusted larks, roody shellducks, egrets, ring plovers.

And finally, on the bank this lake there was a Ganesh temple. So, all started and ended well with a great birding.

Sinus, gone :) back home by 10.30am.

Love.
